Dispute Resolution

THIS DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROVISION SHALL SURVIVE THE TERMINATION OF THESE TERMS.

Class Action Waiver

Any lawsuit under these Terms will take place on an individual basis; class lawsuits and class/representative/collective actions are not permitted.
